Pastor Dave Hedgepeth has been the Pastor of CCCoM since 2006, when he and his family moved from Utah to Marana. He is married to Monica, has two children, Noah and Reese, and two dogs, Walter and Milton. As of July 1, 2025, Dave also serves on the board of Interfaith Community Services. If you ever want to play a game of internet chess, make sure to hit him up.

Chair of our Elders
Elizabeth Watts is the chair of our Elders. Elizabeth is a mother of two adult children and has several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is a retired nurse who now enjoys spending time with her family, studying the Bible, and socializing with friends. She has been a member of our church since 2015.

Paula Lee
Chairperson of our Deacons
As Chairperson of our Deacons. The Deacons are responsible for greeting people who come to worship, collecting the offerings, and serving and cleaning up communion. Deacons are elected by the congregation annually, and the chairperson is chosen by the Deacons. Paula also teaches Sunday school class for preschool and Kindergarten, as well as runs the Nursery. Kim Blankinship
Outreach Center Coordinator
Kim Blankinship is the Outreach Coordinator for CCCoM, a position she has held since 2018. She began attending CCCoM in 2007 and has worked at the Outreach since 2009, when it opened its doors to local people in need.
Kim was born in Tampa, Florida, and traveled extensively with her family, who eventually settled in the Tucson area when Kim was eleven.
When she is not working at the Outreach Center or running errands, Kim enjoys spending time with her three children and six grandchildren.

Preschool Director
Alisha Hawley serves as the dedicated Director of Community Christian Preschool, proudly operated by CCCoM. With a passion for nurturing young minds, she has led the preschool since March 2008. A nurturing mother of two adult children, Alisha treasures quality time outdoors with her family and her beloved animals. Her commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment makes her an invaluable resource for parents.

Suzanne Washburn is the proud chair of our Welcome Team and has been a valued member of CCCoM since 2023. She has a passion for reading, diamond painting, and collecting art, as well as a love for cats. When she's not actively contributing at church, you can find her at home with her husband, Lonie, or enjoying time with her friends.
Joan Carlson
Joan Carlson, the dedicated chair of our Hospitality Team, is a proud mother to her daughter Amy and a loving grandmother to Erik. With a passion for the theater, dining out with friends, and exploring new places, Joan brings joy and enthusiasm to her life. Since joining our church in 2021, she has continuously embraced community and connection.
